Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of vendor management, procurement, and contract management policies and procedures.
• Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the JEEL to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
• Assist the Vendor Management Senior Manager in managing vendor relationships for manpower resources, services, including contract negotiation and follow-ups on rates.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any issues or queries related to services.
• Track and monitor vendor performance through the different functions in noon, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and supplier information accurately to ensure transparency and accessibility.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Requests and Contract signing to the Procurement teams and follow up on delivery timelines to meet operational requirements.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends of competition, sourcing new vendors and cost-effective options for services.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as noon minutes, noon food and super-mall to ensure alignment of procurement activities with the company’s goals and processes.
• Assist in resolving vendor disputes and discrepancies to maintain a positive relationship with suppliers.
• Support contract management cycle ensuring compliance and legality.
• Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Ensures all staff have clear objectives, regular performance feedback sessions, formal annual appraisals, and individual development plans, with particular emphasis on the development of talented Saudi national staff.
• Prepares departmental reports of JEEL timely and accurately to meet JEEL and department requirements, policies and standards.
• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

Who We’re Looking For:

Education

Minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Years of Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a related role.
