Key Responsibilities:

• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures.
• Provide clear instructions to team members and monitor adherence to ensure work is executed in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Digital Marketing function, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing and PR strategies in line with Jeel’s business goals and collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager for alignment with broader objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and other channels; adjust strategies as required to meet targets.
• Public Relations: Manage media relations, cultivate relationships with key media outlets, and prepare press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and maintain adherence to brand guidelines in every marketing effort.
• Content Development: Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content for marketing collateral, the website, social media platforms, and other outlets.
• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media; use digital analytics to gauge performance and optimize strategies.
• Internal Communication: Work with internal teams to ensure marketing and PR activities support overall company objectives; provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing and PR budget to ensure effective allocation of resources and cost optimization.
• Identify new channels and innovative approaches to enhance Jeel’s communication of achievements and projected milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and practices, incorporating international best practice for business process enhancement and cost reduction.
• Mentor and support team members to improve performance and achieve measurable results.
• Prepare departmental reports accurately and on time, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental policies to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
• Follow and promote all Jeel safety and quality standards in daily marketing operations.
• Undertake other related duties or assignments as required to support organisational objectives.

Who We’re Looking For:

Education

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

Years of Experience

A minimum of 6–7 years in a leadership role within a regional PR or media company.
